1. Foster pride in the history of accomplishments while looking forward and developing a sense of a school district comprised of individuals working together for the common purpose of student success.
2. Develop opportunities for all students at all levels to be successful (special education, students in the middle, gifted and talented students, English language learners, college bound students, etc.).
3. Create a seamless and well-articulated K-12 curriculum designed to meet the standards of the West Orange School Community (including the integration of learning technologies).
4. Collaborate with community to convey excitement and interest in the accomplishments of the West Orange Public School students, staff, and community.
5. Develop a Strategic Plan that will guide the district over the next five years.
