Washington School Core Mission

The core mission of Washington School is to provide the opportunity for all students to learn and strive for excellence. This is the foundation upon which all our instructional strategies are based, upon which our goals and objectives are built, budgetary decisions are made, and priorities established.

We believe it is the responsibility of Parents, Teachers, and Students to be active partners in the educational process. We further believe that keeping the lines of communication open between the home and school will ensure the highest degree of understanding and achievement.

Washington School operates according to the guidelines and poilicies mandated by the Board of Education an adheres to all the established instructional curriculum for the elementary schools. Our school will provide an environment where the desire to learn prevails and where the highest expectation and standards can flourish.

In conclusion, we believe that a mutual respect for one another and a willingness to put forth our best effort will result in a school of which we can all be proud!
